Kindly try using DirManag.exe<\/span> located in \\\\4760\\bin\\<\/span> to reset your AdminNmc password.<\/p>\n

1. Double-click DirManag.exe<\/span>
\n2. Click Connect<\/span>
\n3. Log-in as: cn=directory manager<\/span>
\n4. Input the assigned password (default: AdminNmc<\/span>)<\/span>
\n5. Click OK<\/span> button
\n6. After, expand o=directoryRoot\\(company name)<\/span>\\Administration\\Administrators\\AdminNmc<\/span>
\n7. On the right-window, find the parameter ‘userpassword’<\/span> and input a new password i.e. AdminNmc4760<\/span><\/span>
\n8. After, select File\\Save<\/span><\/p>\n
