After accessing the phone via telnet by running
ippstat telnet d ‘ext # t 1440 and getting the ip address with
> ippstat d directory-number (gives you the IP@ of the phone) then
> telnet IP@ or in the case of the newer phones ssh -2 admin@IP@ (PW:*tx8000#)
There is a command called ‘key sim’ where the command followed by a number activates key presses on the handset some of the keys are explained below.
0 to 11 dials the digits 0 – 9, * & #
12 hangs up the phone
13 redial short press
14 mail key
15 F1 key
16 mute key (toggles the key on repeated entries)
17 minus key
18 Plus key
19 unknown
20 unknown
21 left arrow key
22 right arrow key
23 down arrow key
24 up arrow key
25 ?
26 i key
27 no idea brings up a ? on the display
28 seems to be the F1 key so not sure about 15 now
29 F2 key?
30 – 34 ?
35 Fwd status
36 – 82 Soft Keys?
10x Looks to be the QWERTY keyboard but got bored at this point.
